Product Description
1. The structure of the machine is designed by computer analysis of tension, compression and reaction force, so as to ensure the mechanical precision forever.
2. The castings are cast with FC-35 resin sand. They are durable and have the same precision after natural wind and various treatments.
3. Machinery design uses computer aided design (CAD) to persist in processing the invariant structure of the machine body to ensure the processing accuracy.
4. The sliding track adopts V-shape and plane design. It slides lightly under heavy pressure and has excellent precision.
5. The working table surface is grinded by high-wave heat treatment, and the surface is not easy to wear.
6. Both X and Y axes adopt imported or equivalent double nut ball screw, which has light transmission and convenient use.
7. The spindle adopts linear sliding track, which ensures the precision and durability forever.
8. The trawler adopts imported Tiefron guide rail veneer.
